NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE

is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Fire Protection District, Jefferson and Clear Creek Counties, Colorado, will be held on Monday, the 4th day of May 2009, at 8:00 a.m., at 1802 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen, Colorado. At this meeting the Board will discuss changes to the volunteer firefighter’s 457(e) (11) (a) - Length of Service Award Plan. This meeting is open to the public.
