Burn Permit Revisions for 2009 – 2010

Recent revisions in the permits for burn barrels and open slash burns in Jefferson and Clear Creek Counties have been made. The permits will now be valid for one year and will be effective from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. The legal burn season will be available from November 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 when the regulations and conditions, as stated on the permit application, are met. The permits may be accessed by clicking on the link provided below. Please call 303-674-3145 with any questions.
